Merci Bouquet guarantees that the recipient will be happy with your gift of our floral designs. If not, we will pick up and replace the original flowers within the first 24 hours of delivery.

National Delivery Service

Merci Bouquet does not use a national relay service. If you do require flowers to go interstate, please let Jennie know and she will take care of this for you with a florist that upholds the same high standards as merci bouquet.

Delivery Information

As Jennie custom purchases flowers fresh from the markets for you, she is currently unable to guarantee same day delivery. Please contact Jennie and she will do her absolute best to meet your needs.

Orders placed by 6pm can be delivered within the Sydney Metropolitan area the next day. Deliveries can be made Monday to Friday between 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-3pm. Special delivery requests can be made outside these times and on Public holidays with sufficient notice, additional charges will apply.

Deliveries costs are as follows

• Lower North Shore $10
• Sydney CBD, Upper Northern Shore, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs $15
• Northern Beaches, Northern Suburbs, Hills, Parramatta, Canterbury/Bankstown, St George $20
• Liverpool/Fairfield, Sutherland, Greater Western Sydney, Hawkesbury, Macarthur/Camden $25

Email Service

As your personal florist, Jennie understands that you will be curious as to what your order looked like. If desired, she will email you a photo of your flowers and/or gifts to give you peace of mind and to share the moment.
