Jennie's Personal Guarantee

At Merci Bouquet we care about our customers and I personally guarantee that the recipient will be happy with the quality and freshness of our beautiful floral designs. If not, we will pick up and replace the original flowers within the first 24 hours of delivery. If you have any problems, please call me on 0423 24 77 37 and I will do my very best to rectify the situation.
 

Flowers

Merci Bouquet reserves the right to substitute flowers in the designs as we may not have the exact product do to the season and availability.
 

Freshness

All flowers are sent out with a wet pack to keep them as fresh as possible with their own water supply.
 

Delivery Information

Deliveries are made daily throughout the Sydney Metropolitan area.  To ensure same day delivery, please place your order prior to 1pm on that day.  Deliveries can be made Monday to Friday between 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-3pm.   Deliveries for Sundays and Public Holidays will be made on the following business day.   Business orders will delivered by 5pm and residential by 6.30pm.   We cannot always guarantee a specific time for delivery (excluding funerals), but will do our best to fulfill your wishes.  If there is no answer we will leave the flowers at the front door in a safe place with a calling card left under the door or in the letterbox.
 

National and International Delivery Service

Merci Bouquet uses the most trusted floral relay service available, Interflora. If you require flowers to be delivered nationally or internationally, please let Jennie and the team know and we will take care of this for you.
 

Payment

We accept Mastercard, Visa and Amex.
 

Privacy

Merci Bouquet respects your privacy and will not pass any personal information onto any third party vendor, associate or service provider.
